Refund Policy for Belle Demi

Order Confirmation & Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order through the Belle Demi website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy

  • Understand the return and refund procedures described below

  • Agree to comply with all return requirements and timelines

  • Acknowledge that this policy and related order records may be used as supporting documentation in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback


Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned in their original condition

  • Include original packaging where applicable

  • Show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive handling beyond reasonable inspection

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within approximately 7 business days. Belle Demi reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements stated in this policy.


How to Request a Return

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter. If the package is officially confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.


Refused, Unclaimed, or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments

A fee may be deducted from any eligible refund to cover shipping, handling, and administrative expenses associated with the returned shipment.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, and similar costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In the event of a chargeback, Belle Demi reserves the right to submit relevant documentation to the payment provider, including:
